Come learn about the sport of Flag Football from experienced High School coaches!

7v7Flag partners with high school coaches and experienced players to coach female players of all levels - beginners to advanced - to learn flag football and elevate their game. Portions of the proceeds of the camp go to support the Women’s Coaching Alliance, which is on a mission to develop female leaders through coaching youth sports!

What you’ll learn:

Participants will develop fundamental flag football skills through position-specific drills, lessons on technique and in game strategies. This (3) day session will allow for teach multiple offensive and defensive positions, incorporate 1on1 drills and end with campers learning offensive and defensive plays through scrimmages.

This camp is an incredible opportunity for young female athletes to improve their game, build confidence, and form lasting friendships. More than just football, players will walk away with valuable lessons in teamwork, leadership, and perseverance-on and off the field.

Thursday July 24th, Friday July 25th and Saturday July 26th

9am-12pm - No lunch provided

Check-in:

First day of Camp - Begins 30 min prior to camp start time. Remaining days, check in starts 15 mins prior to the camp start time.

Check-out:

Pick-up happens at the fields.

Equipment Needed:

Athletic Clothing, cleats, water, sunscreen, and a light snack. If you have flag football gloves, feel free to bring them. Flags and footballs will be provided.

Weather:

Camp will run rain or shine.
